STEP 1: ENABLE ASP IN PLESK
1). Go to Hosting Settings
2). Under Scripting and web statistics
Check: Microsoft ASP support
STEP 2: ENABLE IIS TO RUN IN 32-BIT MODE
1). Go to Hosting & DNS
Under Dedicated IIS Application Pool
Check: Enable 32-bit applications
