To connect to Access 2019 databases, use the following connection string:
ConnectionString = "Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source=" & path & ""
IIS must be running in 64-bit mode.
Under Hosting & DNS
IIS Application Pool
Uncheck the "Enable 32-bit Applications" option if it is checked.
