For your website to be accessible to anyone, anywhere in the world, the files that make up the site must reside on a hosting server—essentially a computer configured to store websites. Web hosting refers to the space on this server allocated to house the website and its associated resources, such as email accounts, FTP, databases, files, and images.
To host your website with Net Asp Hosting, you will need a registered domain. If you do not yet have a domain, you can register one with us as well. If you already have one, you simply need to update your domain's DNS settings with your registrar.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be released within one business day. The average time for bank slip payment confirmation is 48 business hours; however, if you submit the payment receipt as an attachment via a support ticket, confirmation will be processed within 30 minutes.
No! You can sign up for a web hosting plan with us and cancel at any time, without additional fees or penalties. Cancellation occurs automatically if payment is not received within two days of the hosting renewal due date; payment is made via a PagSeguro link sent by email 10 days prior, 5 days prior, and on the due date itself.
Not at this time. Our team does not support the creation or correction of the code or programming on your website; this should be reviewed by your developer or the company responsible for its development.
Yes. These tools, as well as a range of other WYSIWYG or visual editors used to create websites, are supported by and compatible with our servers.
If you already have a registered domain, there are no additional costs to pay, other than, of course, the installments for your chosen hosting plan.
We recommend that our clients back up their databases based on the importance of their data (weekly, or even daily for dynamic sites or systems). If managing multiple databases, we recommend using Handy Backup; the license can be purchased with discount at: https://www.handybackup.net?via=111ggggda using the coupon ADVANCEDSYSTEMS.
